Don’t bother if you have ADHD

I am not sure if this company is actually real. I am a Clinician myself, and work for a behavioral health facility for reference. I made an appointment with Brightside, paid for in advance and the provider never showed. Customer service advises the client to stick around just in case the doctor is 10 - 15 min late. I waited the whole appt time and they never showed. Very unprofessional. I have also not received a refund or a response from their customer service, despite emailing them all week. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone. I can only imagine how bad this service would be for a patient struggling with real mental health issues. Huge liability!!
