1 star. Very disappointing experience. I worked at a small nail salon that stopped using this app, and we requested my payroll records for the last week we used it (03/30–04/05). Instead of providing the correct dates, they kept sending the entire month in Excel format, which was not what we needed. I have called multiple times and am still waiting. It has been almost 2 months since I quit the salon, and I still cannot get the correct records needed for me to get paid properly. Customer service has been extremely slow and unhelpful. Something this simple should not take months to resolve.

Can’t find client by their name which make the job so much easier or cancel appt in our own for duplicate appt. I do not recommend this app to anyone. Run fast and don’t ever think twice
