Used this service for the first time with high hopes. Worst Telehealth experience ever! Dr. Robert Mull was incredibly rude and condescending! No help at all. He just kept telling me to go to the nearest urgent care center, even though I kept telling him I had just gone a couple days before. Never again. Spreading the word.

It is very difficult to move around the app. There is no logical flow to it either. The messaging section is the worse. Using “reason for visit” needs to be more flexible, it is limited to only one reason.

I absolutely love this app! It allows me and my family to be seen and treated via telehealth, with smooth connectivity and sound quality, short wait times, and only by the best doctors and care providers. This app also allows me to manage all of our medical charts in one place which helps tremendously. I highly recommend ☺️
