Recent reviews

Everything else about Better Buzz has been great, the food and drinks are consistently good, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The only area that could use improvement is the app. I had trouble redeeming rewards, and instead of simply scanning a barcode, the staff had to manually enter my reward code or phone number, which feels less efficient than it could be. I also found the app a bit difficult to navigate. For example, it wasn’t easy to select decaf options, and I couldn’t find an add-on for sweet cream. It feels like the app could benefit from a more thorough usability review before new features are released. Improving the user experience would make ordering much smoother and better match the quality of the in-store experience.
