User reviews show the Quantum Fiber iOS app is unstable and hard to use after the AT&T takeover. Repeated logins, slow or failed loading, and inaccurate device/pod status hinder troubleshooting. The app offers few controls (no remote resets, no data usage view, few diagnostics) and lacks biometrics. Support is inconsistent, with many users told fixes are pending or escalated. Overall, the app is seen as a weak, under-maintained companion to the service.

Recent reviews

AT&T has bit off more than they can chew. Quantum fiber is now handing CenturyLink customers and forced them to switch to Fiber in order to have internet. The installation was over a week ago and it worked for half a day. Suddenly stopped working. Calling AT&T to fix issue is useless. Demanding a manager and technician to fix / update the “activation” needed just gets you an excuse followed by fake apologies and more pointing of blame. AT&T on purpose made everyone against rules and procedures sign a contract (liability) stating that no customer can take legal action against them. But charging you and not providing service (internet) is a breach of contract in and of itself. DO NOT attempt to use or buy AT&T as they don’t care and seemingly aren’t concerned with customers and their needs.

Resetting my router with the app never works. They never know why there is a random outage, never explains why an outage happened, and never do anything more than tell you to reset the router. Great internet when it works, but when it doesn’t you get a shrug and wait for a tech to come out.
