edit: my phone and laptop won't connect AT ALL. password is correct. the only device that can connect is my tablet. another edit: canceled service because it still doesnt connect to any device. restarted modem/router. reset everything. nothing has improved at all. 👎

50% of the buttons in this app literally just open a web browser. you cannot contact technical support, check for outages, etc. does anything on their website work in firefox, my preferred web browser? well of course not. anything that does manage to open in-app takes forever to load, if it ever does.
