So you can make informed decisions about how and when to adjust your workouts. • Track the effort of your workouts and use training load to see how your 7-day load compares with your 28-day load. • Get encouragement and stay motivated during your workouts with Workout Buddy. Using Apple Intelligence from your iPhone, Workout Buddy provides you with the right encouragement based on your workout data and fitness history.
