I was so excited to get started with this but honestly this is the most user unfriendly app ever with minimal support

The app is terrible to navigate. There is no way to see a workout, exercise reps, and number of rounds (if applicable) in one spot. You are also unable to jump to a workout in a program without completing the current workout first. Lastly, can’t locate a download when downloaded. It’s not saved to the Apple downloads.
