This mobile app is a self-learning mobile platform to support parents’ mental wellness. It is established by Christian Family Service Centre - ACT with your HeART Mental Well-being Project for Students.

The mobile app adopts Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) throughout the contents, providing useful tools and self-assessments, exercises for parents to develop a healthier parenting pattern and behaviours for themselves. Also, to strengthen their knowledge on mental health and self-care concepts. A healthier parent-child relationship counts on emotionally healthier parents. Be their model, starting from you.
