MasterCare Connect

MasterCare Connect provides authorised clinical users of MasterCare EMR with secure access to key patient information and documentation tools as they travel to care for patients in an outreach setting or when they are between appointments in the clinic. MConnect works for both online and offline mode when the user is not connected to network. MConnect supports appointment diary, patient health summary, care tools and occasion of service documentation for different MDS requirements.

IMPORTANT: Organisations will require a license to use MConnect and be on EMR version 7.9.5 or above. Please contact Global Health support for details and use of MConnect for your organisation.

Complete key tasks with MConnect, including:

Appointment Diary -Access and view scheduled appointment -View appointment details, notes, service items, resources, and rounds -Update appointment statuses

Provide Care and complete documentation -Review patient health summary; alerts, diagnosis, medications, and care team -Review clinical notes, PDF, and RTF documents -Capture and upload clinical images under clinical notes -Add visit notes and include tags for review and management -Add occasion of service tailored to each program and MDS requirements

Work offline and in remote areas -Access appointments and client information securely and safely -Document visit notes, occasion of service data, and upload clinical images -Purge downloaded data as required based on settings -Sync data securely with MasterCare EMR when connected to network
