Helpline provides a simple way for you to find the help you need from trained counselors at the touch of a button.

HOW DOES IT WORK Find the button that is the closest to what you may be struggling with, tap, and call the suggested helpline. Before calling, you can review a quick synopsis of the organization and the hours of operation. You can also choose to text a trained counselor by tapping our “General Crisis” button if calling is not for you.
