What a serious waste of $50.00 you have to go in to each site that has information on you and put in more personal information and hope that it gets deleted. I purchased because it said that the program removes your information…not one site was my information removed, everyone of them you have to do all the work!

Multi line account, renewing for third or fourth year, all lines beyond the Primary were unsubscribed, and cannot be resubscribed. The invitations do nothing but open the already installed app, which then continues to show unsubscribed Support is nonexistent. Even when it opens an email to support, then the email cannot be sent; the sent button is literally grayed out. Tried on multiple devices, to be sure. Same outcome. Searching the FAQ gives no info on this problem. There are no other support options. no one to contact in any way shape or form for any help of any kind. Support is the only reason to choose one app over another.… Complete failure
