I originally found out about Nomorobo years ago because I still had a VOIP landline through Spectrum, which had Nomorobo as a free option to manage spam calls. I got it for my iPhone and liked it enough during the trial period that I ended up subscribing. In the last year or so, I wonder if it's working at all. I am again getting multiple calls per day. When I report the number on Nomorobo, it invariably says it's a known Robocaller. I tried every online fix and even contacted their Zendesk support group. It still doesn't appear to be blocking anything -- except the test call from Nomorobo. Nomorobo claims that their database updates constantly and that the number was added after I got the call. Seriously? Every time the call just happens to get reported in the 30 seconds it takes me to copy and paste the recent call into the Nomorobo reporting tool? Maybe it's just me, but I'm about to ditch this formerly great app.
