“Dhanwantri App” – The mobile App for Health Service Providers appointed/ engaged by Employees’ State Insurance Scheme of India. The App is developed by ESI Corporation to facilitate Medical Professionals such as Doctors (of ESIC, ESIS, mEUDs and IMP clinic) and empanelled Chemists & that of empanelled Diagnostic centres for creation of e-health records.

It is an evolving platform designed for capturing basic essential clinical information at point of service with ease.

Key Features:

For Medical Practitoner:

Simple User Interface for the Medical Practitioner to register a bonafide and eligible beneficiary of ESI scheme. The App helps in capturing disease codes and certain basic information regarding sick leave and drug/ investigation prescription. Can capture and upload image of the prescription.

For Empanelled Chemist:

Can view list of beneficiaries clinically advised by the Medical practitioner. Can capture cost of listed/ unlisted drugs dispensed along with invoice number and date. Can capture and upload image of the invoice of the dispensed drugs and Cilinicians’ prescription.

For Empanelled Diagnostic Centre:

Can view list of beneficiaries clinically advised by the Medical practitioner. Can capture cost of listed/ unlisted investigations prescribed along with invoice number and date. Can capture and upload image of the invoice of the performed diagnostic procedure and Cilinicians’ prescription.

Reports:

Various reports regarding beneficiary details and registration count can also be successfully accessed.

Others:

Provides seamless Integration with ‘Panchdeep’ database of ESIC. Secure and Scalable: It supports mobile OTP based authentication for service access.
