Purchased the full version and import does not work, nothing happens. Unacceptable.

I can’t tag anything without the menu popping up. Every time I press values the me pops up or it just doeesnt allow me to tag anything. This is only on the iPad, it works fine on the iPhone. However the screen is just too small

I bought the premium version. I’ve spent more than a hour drawing my schematic to not be able to export it, after closing and reopen the app now I cant even open my draw, this frustrating.
