2026-07-15	*******	If your practitioner tells you to buy the white and green FoodMarble MedAire instead of the standard black AIRE 2, don't do it without researching the differences and downloading and comparing both apps first. I wish I had. The Healthcare MedAire app (teal) is a massive downgrade from the FoodMarble app (blue). It feels like software from 2006, not an app built for 2026. The interface is dated, the features are far more limited, and the overall experience is shockingly inferior to the standard FoodMarble app. It honestly looks and feels more like an undergraduate biomedical engineering capstone project than a polished app for a $260 medical device. It's hard to believe the same software team built both (they probably didn’t). If you're buying a FoodMarble device even as a patient, buy the standard AIRE 2 directly from FoodMarble instead. The remote monitoring with your clinician is not at all worth sacrificing on user experience. Save your money and purchase the superior logging and tracking experience. Unfortunately, I opened my MedAire device before realizing I'd been sent a completely different product experience. Even the support is worse. The consumer FoodMarble support team has been far more helpful, while the healthcare app support responds with, "Consult your doctor," even when the questions are about the app itself. The hardware may be fine, but the Healthcare MedAire app is a huge step backward and not something I'd recommend.

2026-07-09	wt*****	Communication is terrible. I have messaged multiple times about the app not letting me in to take additional breath tests as advertised or to look at the recipes. No response has been received from them.

2026-05-02	Ka*****	I have done everything this test has told me to do. All my clinician said was that the instructions were in the box, and I got a registration link. I registered and it will not allow me to log in to the app. It keeps saying I’m not a patient, and booting me to the consumer app. I even tried doing that but when I tried to pair the device it boot me off that app saying I’m a patient and need to use the Healthcare specific app. Which is where I was in the first place being told I’m not a patient. I reset the password three times. I get the email to reset but I don’t get a confirmation email. I try logging in and it’s a bust. I’ve restart my phone several times. I’ve toggled my Bluetooth and airplane mode several times. I’ve deleted the app and cleared my cache. Several times. I’m on the SIBO test diet, which is BRUTAL might I add, and my test is tomorrow morning. I’m fasting for 12 hours on a starving stomach, and now you’re telling me I either have to continue with this god aweful diet until I can log in to take the test OR I eat real food and have to do this all over again. Completely horrible.

2025-11-09	Po*****	I was influenced to buy this device and download the app by my doctor. Customer service doesn’t help when you have an issue and you cannot easily control it as your doctors can lock you into a “test” mode. A whole lot of money for no access to your results and no control over a device that you “own.”

I’ve done the pre-test diet twice which isn’t easy and I’m basically starving and when I go to do the test the next morning it’s saying I don’t have an account. I’ve contacted foodmarble and made an account the first time and now it’s saying again I don’t have an account. Tried to reset my password and it says my email is not found but I’ve received emails from FoodMarble about my account numerous times to that same email. I’m so frustrated. Paid over $200 for a faulty device and app.
