SiboMate is an educational research companion for people navigating SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) and related gut conditions. It brings together peer-reviewed research and thousands of real, patient-reported experiences, and keeps your personal health information private on your device.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Personalized assessment: Answer a short, research-based questionnaire covering breath-test values, PPI history, motility, stomach acid, and bile. Get an educational summary of possible SIBO subtype and contributing factors.

• Search real patient experiences: Explore a large database of publicly posted experiences from SIBO and related communities. Filter by community, symptom, or treatment to see what others have tried.

• Protocol information: Read clearly organized, phase-by-phase summaries of approaches discussed in the research literature, with context to bring to your own doctor.

• Symptom & food tracking: Log symptoms and meals over time to spot patterns and triggers.

• Optional AI assistant: Connect your own AI provider key to ask questions grounded in the research database and your logs. You choose the provider; your data goes only to the provider you pick.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your assessment answers, symptom logs, and profile stay on your device. There are no accounts, and the app does not sell or share your personal information. When you download the research database, searches run entirely on your phone, even offline.
