WeightFast: Fasting Tracker

WeightFast is a simple app and handy intermittent fasting tool to track your weight loss progress. Get a positive metabolism and improve your health with our tracker.

Whenever you have your last meal of the day, open the app and tap "START" this will start the tracking process and the app will show you when your fast ends, this is the time when you can start eating again.

If you go to the settings tab, you can turn on the notifications so you could get notified 30min before your fast ends.

Whenever you "STOP" your fast, the app will save this progress and start a countdown for your eating window, this is the time when you can enjoy breakfast/lunch/dinner.
