Login and password reset problems, including error 504 and expired reset links.
Significant battery drain due to background activity and constant background refresh.
Notification reliability issues, including missed alerts after iOS updates and difficulty managing notifications.

Recent reviews

On my first day leaving my dog at home while I go to work, no connectivity on the app, even though I tested it out before leaving the house. Total fail.
