I signed up to do a new 90 day workout, which is fine, but the rest of the content seems to be old. July 2023??? You can’t look up a workout by length of time. I am not finding anywhere on the app routines that show boxer skip, cross over, double jump. I can find that on YouTube but then why pay for this app??
