Absolutely awful to try initiating payment. There is no quick method of payment. You have to create a Autel Charge account and DL the app. Then it doesn’t let you charge from the app; you login from a website QR code, but then it doesn’t recognize your login credentials with the app you just DL’d and logged into. Then I created a new account using apple credentials. Failed to charge after putting in my credit card info. Tried a second time and it finally worked. This took 12 minutes to start charging. AVOID at all costs.

Overall the app is fine. One of the features missing is the ability to stop a charge at a certain percentage (like 80%). You can set a time schedule but you end up guessing how long a charge should be to keep a daily charge below 80% to save battery health. Some vehicles have this built into their own app but not all. Please add this feature as soon as possible.
