Recent reviews

The new Neocharge app(1.2026.934) completely ruined the scheduler, which was the only useful feature. It feels like they skipped internal testing entirely. Are the users supposed to be your beta testers? Despite multiple bug fixes, it is still extremely buggy. Rolling back to the previous version would be a much better option. Absolute disaster. update: Great update, all bugs fixed! The developers quickly responded to feedback and resolved all the scheduling issues in the latest build (v940). I tested it thoroughly, and every feature is now working smoothly. Thank you for the quick fix and the great support!

You have to flip the circuit breaker on and off 3 or 4 times consecutively to activate the NeoCharge for connecting to WiFi. This is inconvenient when the NeoCharge loses WiFi connection from time to time.

Great product safely allows you to charge 2 EV’s without added expensive electrical work to your home. App gives the additional benefit of control and cost data. Company support is excellent!
