Maybe your techs can figure it out - but sit a user down and watch

It has a fancy app but after multiple attempts including changing the unit itself, simultaneous charged two Teslas could not be accomplished consistently. I don’t care about the power usage stats that most of the app screen is taken over by. I want the focus to be on basic functionality of charging the vehicles.

I mainly use the app to track energy consumption. It was nice when I could input the custom utility rate but that feature is now bugged and you can’t add separate summer and winter seasons. The scheduled charging was a nice addition but it does work right for daytime peak rates. I want my EV to charge only outside peak hours but the schedule cannot represent M-F having a daytime time of day rate instead. Every time I try to save the schedule doesn’t configure right so I stopped trying to use it. In the future I plan to replace this with a Tesla Wall Connector since that is easy to use.
