Found out by happenstance about his podcast on Spotify first. His hypnosis and meditation sessions are spot on. He has one for every specific issue you may be having. What I especially enjoyed were the ones for panic. I was an avid listener of another hypnosis podcast, but the other person was more broad and indirect. His podcasts are underrated!! But maybe because fairly new!? I hope more people find out about this amazing pick-me-up for mental health and well-being. This is the best I have found to date and I immediately feel better after listening. Speaking from personal experience, I find that hypnosis or meditation works better in the morning or during the day. Especially if you wake up with knots in your stomach (me) while listening before bed will help me sleep, I feel the benefits more so during daytime. Highly recommend this app for anyone who needs hope, positivity, confidence boost, relief of anxiety or depression, guidance, or just a nudge in the right direction! Thank you to Martin Hewlett for putting so much time and effort into helping others! You are a gem!!!! 🙂

I listened to Martin’s podcasts before he had the app. They are simply a daily ten minute meditation. I think he did a fantastic job. He created this App where you can still listen to the podcast, but has added additional content. Why five stars? First he doesn’t require you to register in order to use the App. I think this is great way for someone to try it out and not get blasted with emails for the rest of your life if one doesn’t like the App. That’s worth five stars alone. Second, he allows you to listen to content for free, but there are ads. Again, you don’t have to commit to anything if you don’t like the content. Lastly, if you like it, you can register and pay a reasonable subscription and everything is open and you can listen as much as you want. Oh, and yes, the meditation sessions are just the right length for someone who doesn’t have a lot of extra time in their day, but knows the value of even a small amount of meditation.
