New to this app. Connecting device and using app is easy and straightforward. It would be great if alarm volume and ringtone could be set for each individual alarm. We would prefer morning alarms to be muted and evening alarm to ring

We’ve had this product since May 2024 - it’s been wonderful as a caregiver for an elderly family member! However, as of October 2024, the app push notifications have stopped working. Contacted LiveFine CS today, and they’ve confirmed it’s a known issue. Their R&D team is developing a resolution, but no estimated date of fix yet. The support team member I spoke with was helpful and friendly. Fingers crossed they get this feature fixed, as it’s a key reason we bought it. For now, I just have go into the app and manually check whether the meds have been taken, versus relying on automatic push notifications to my phone. Annoying, but workable.
