HIIT Timer

This app is a simple timer designed for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

It is also suitable for warm-ups and stretches.

You can easily specify the settings, opt in for the alarm three seconds prior to the end of each part and even switch to dark mode.

To use this timer:

1. Tap to configure the following settings:
   • Get Ready time
   • Workout time
   • Rest time
   • Number of rounds
2. Tap to start
3. Enjoy your workout!

Since the timer remembers your previous program settings, you do not need to configure them again for your next workout.
