The app will not allow you to log in. You put in your username and password and then nothing happens.

So you cannot login, which makes this app pointless. The spinning ball of stress just rotates in the middle of the screen indefinitely after you submit your credentials. While it’s loading you can also edit the text for password or email so that’s not good. The worst part. They give an email on their site for reporting problems with the app and the website. I sent them a thorough email 2025 September 2 regarding not being able to login. Now today as I write this on 5 November 2025, I’ve still never got a response from them and the login issue is still broken. This site/service has the very real potential to be great.. but the people running it are the reason it won’t ever become great unless they change.

Im unable to access the content I purchased online or via the App. No response for customer support and after reading other reviews I’m afraid I got ripped off? 🤞
