Features & Capabilities

Take control of your cardiovascular health with the CONNEQT Pulse, the first FDA-cleared heart health monitor that delivers advanced vascular insights from the comfort of your home. Recently named Best Advanced Monitor of 2025 by Yahoo! Health, CONNEQT goes beyond blood pressure to give you a clearer view of your heart and circulatory system. The CONNEQT app pairs with your device to provide personalized reports, guided wellness programs, and data you can share directly with your doctor. Track your progress, have more informed conversations with your care team, and take proactive steps to manage your heart health.

Why CONNEQT?

Most apps stop at brachial blood pressure. CONNEQT measures more: central blood pressure, arterial stiffness, and heart stress, along with other critical metrics. These insights provide a fuller picture than a standard cuff and help you understand how your lifestyle impacts long-term cardiovascular wellness.

Key Features

  • Core Heart Metrics: Track brachial blood pressure, central blood pressure, and SEVR (oxygen supply to the heart muscle) with medical-grade accuracy.

  • Deeper Vascular Readings: Monitor arterial stiffness and augmentation index to assess how your arteries are performing.

  • Guided Health Programs: Follow tailored recommendations and daily tasks to support meaningful lifestyle changes.

  • Educational Content: Access curated articles and expert tips to stay proactive.

  • New Care+ Benefits: Access On-Demand Assessments and Monthly Cardiology Reports to monitor heart health trends over time.

  • Health Dashboard: Explore heart, vascular, and brain health in one simple, interactive view that brings all your insights together.

  • Customizable Display: Highlight the metrics that matter most to you on your Pulse device.

The CONNEQT Difference

Built on the same technology trusted by physicians and top hospitals, CONNEQT is clinically validated and used worldwide by researchers and clinicians. As Dr. Michael Twyman, MD, board-certified cardiologist and founder of Apollo Cardiology, explains:

“This device is probably going to be a game-changer for many people… it’s like the check engine light going on.”

User Reviews

Overall, CONNEQT Health offers rich cardiovascular data and trend insights with the Pulse device and a user-friendly interface, plus long-term monitoring and clinician-facing value. However, repeated issues with connectivity, lack of multi-user support, stability problems, and limited data sharing/Apple Health integration limit its reliability and practicality for shared or broad health workflows.
Pros
  • Rich, holistic cardiovascular data and trends.
  • Easy setup and reliable pairing with the CONNEQT Pulse; intuitive UI.
  • Longitudinal data storage and monthly reports for tracking progress.
  • Helpful to share insights with a clinician and monitor heart health between visits.
  • Sleek app design with educational in-app content (articles).
Cons
  • Frequent connectivity and syncing issues with iPhone and Apple Health (Bluetooth pairing failures).
  • No multi-user profiles; data can get mixed when multiple people use the device.
  • App stability problems: freezing, crashes, and occasional data loss during sessions.
  • Limited data sharing/export options and incomplete Apple Health integration.

Anybody who buys this BP monitor has a certain degree of OCD. There are a lot of datapoints. You can scroll through to see your (daily, weekly, monthly, and more) (averages, highs lows), for (all day, morning, afternoon, and night) for (at least eight metrics from BP to SERV). That’s awesome! You can export two of those metrics (BP and heart rate to Apple Health). Unfortunately, Apple sees the time it’s downloaded, not the time that the reading was taken. The phone readily sees the phone to sync. But, you literally have to have the phone against the machine to sync each time. So, if you take readings every four hours and do not sync until night, you get four readings at 10pm rather than spaced out every four hours). And it is only for two metrics. You can pay $20 per month for exportable PDF reports. But, the report is for two readings taken a minute apart. It lists all 8 or more metrics. But, most of the 2 pages is just an explanation about all possible ranges. It doesn’t provide a true analysis that explains the interactions between your specific set of metrics. For example it says high blood pressure is bad, high SERV is good. It does not say, you have high BP and high SERV which means you fall into this category. But, I don’t need that analysis if I have all of the data. So, I’d pay $20 per month to download a csv file that I could use to build my own analysis with Excel charts and using my preferred AI tool with my own prompts. But, no. Can’t do that—which is of limited utility to either me, as an OCD geek, or my cardiologist since he only cares about trends, not a single set of datapoints with a long explanation of definitions that he studied for 10 years. Hopefully this is remedied. But, it’s such a simple option that I can only assume that some developer thinks he’s going to make a mint by withholding. People will loose interest because of the lack of utility. And the developer will stop developing and live off of the limited revenue until finally closing down five years from now.

Experienced serial problems over first 6 months of operation. Even as a paying Care+ subscriber ($$) support was pretty much worthless. I already know how to restart my phone and reset device. I’m well practiced at it. I have learned that it adds 10 to 20 points to my BP when this happens. I cancelled the subscription. Marketing is great, operations OK, support non-existent.
