Features & Capabilities

DocSquad is a telehealth Chrome extension that lets adults 18+ in the US access medical care in minutes. With Digital Diagnosis or board-certified providers, you can get a diagnosis and treatment plan, without needing an office visit, and with or without insurance.

How it works: select the reason for your visit, answer online questions for a fast Digital Diagnosis, and receive a diagnosis and treatment plan or prescription refills in minutes. It covers common issues like cold and flu, UTIs, skin conditions, GI problems, and sexual health, with upfront pricing. A Bright HealthCare partnership helps you view in-network options within the app.

User Reviews

DocSquad is praised for convenience, speed, and easy prescription delivery from home, often at lower cost than urgent care. It works well for busy individuals and non-emergency needs. However, recurring issues include communication gaps, administrative errors (wrong dosing/days supply), and occasional cancellations or slow refunds. The service is valuable but reliability and coordination can vary, with some users noting variation in provider type and care quality.
Pros
  • Extremely convenient—care can be received from home, avoiding a trip to the doctor.
  • Very fast process, often about 20 minutes from start to diagnosis and plan.
  • Prescriptions can be sent directly to the pharmacy of your choice quickly.
  • Often cost-effective and a good option when traditional appointments are hard to book or expensive.
Cons
  • Communication gaps with providers, with notes sometimes ignored or guidance deemed insufficient.
  • Administrative/medical errors, such as wrong days supply or requiring multiple representatives to fix issues.
  • Occasional cancellations or retry failures, with refunds or processing sometimes slow or unclear.
  • Perceived inconsistency in provider type (NP vs physician) and variable quality of care.

I tried this out but I was having problems with the internet so I closed out of it. They then canceled my treatment without giving me a change to retry it. Waste of time.

Doctor initially called in two separate Scripps for the wrong number of days after seven phone calls to DocSquad, and seven phone calls to the pharmacy. Things still aren’t fixed. Doctor wrote a 30 day supply instead of 90,it’s extremely difficult to get it fixed to where it should be a 90 day supply after speaking to six different representatives from Doc squad none of which understood a thing I said it still isn’t fixed.
