I purchased this app a long time ago and assumed it would do its job in the background. Looking at the statistics of the app today, it last blocked a tracker in February (it’s now July). I am using the internet daily. Apparently, I am already invincible or the app blocks nothing.

So I purchased a subscription in a desperate attempt to hide myself from whoever has been tracking and attacking my online accounts and it just didn't seem to help so I let the sub. Run out then canceled. Okay, now fast forward to now because that was months ago. So I notice an app charges me out of the blue one day I go to subscriptions, and omg guess what I see? A renewed subscription for you guys! Fine I got my money back but it gets weird. The subscription is still showing active and it's been expiring since January 2026. I need you guys to tell me what to do because right now I feel like this situation is hurting more than helping me. Thanks
