Recent reviews

The size is nice, the readings are accurate, but practically all of my dexcom 15 days fail before the 10th day, with spotty readings for 2 days prior to the failure. Never had this problem with the g6. I also have to put my pump and dexcom on the same side, or they won’t communicate, also didn’t have this problem with the g6. I like the insertion and the size, but these other things are very annoying. I have to call dexcom very often (practically weekly) to get replacements.

When you need to pair a new dexcom, it tells you every 5 seconds no mater what time to pair a new one as if you are stupid. If you have a Tandem pump (love that company by the way) you have to pair with the tandem first, then the dexcom because the pump won’t pair correctly if you do both at the same time. Dexcom has such a simple task with their app and they still can’t get it right because this insist on “critical” alerts constantly. When everything is critical and can’t be overridden, nothing is.

Dexcom manager decided that it would be nice to steal display units configuration… They made all config ties to your country. Awful idea! Why I can’t change display units???
