I don’t understand how both the app and the website keep crashing EXCEPT when I have to pay. Suddenly it works PERFECTLY when it needs to collect money

Very frustrated at continued error messages that”system is down”. Cannot create a new account to receive results. This resulted in numerous phone calls to “chase down” results of tests.
