One Punch - Home Workout

30 Day Challenge to Be a Hero

Features & Capabilities

One Punch - Home Workout is a privacy-first Chrome extension that guides you on a 'Road to Hero' with a 30-day challenge. Each day features four bodyweight exercises (Push Up, Pull Up, Sit Up, Squat) across three difficulty levels: Beginner, Amateur, PRO. Complete all daily challenges to unlock the next level, and adjust the countdown timer to tailor intensity. All data stays on your device, offline, ensuring 100% privacy; deleting the extension resets your progress.

There are plans to showcase top performers ('Royal Users') in Settings for those who finish PRO, and user profiles with social links. This simple, offline-first design helps you stay consistent with your workouts at home without needing internet, while keeping your data private and secure.

I was not in fit so I decided to use this app and in just 2 days I felt a lot better! Instant 5 stars!

I just finished my first month on the app. I spent every day doing 30 situps 30 push-ups and 30 squats and running for two minutes. It wasn’t a lot, but it made a difference and just seeing the change inspired me now I realize that I’m motivated to do my own work. Without needing an assignment to do it I used to dread doing this every single day, but I did it because I wanted to make something of myself and now. I have. I’m doing more workouts and I’m getting stronger now. I don’t even need the app because I have my own motivation it was like taking off the training wheels they help you in the beginning, but now it’s up to you to do the rest. Only you can change yourself. It may be hard in the beginning, but eventually you’ll get there.
