Easy and quick to schedule and book appointments for the whole family.
User-friendly interface with fast booking and easy rescheduling/rebooking.
Ability to view available stylists and select favorites, including stylist photos.
Convenient to add all my children to one account for family bookings.

Location features are unreliable: searches fail, nearby stores don’t appear, and store data is not consistently up-to-date.
Difficulty adding children and setting birthdates: cannot reliably add multiple kids; birthdates default to today and cannot be modified.
Store location data not consistently up-to-date across locations, making it hard to find valid stores.
