I downloaded the app, tried to open it up and all it has is a picture of some woman and that’s it. Can’t open it up. Can’t set an appointment. It doesn’t even tell you if it’s crashed or not. That’s how horrible this app is.

I tried to log into this app but it seemingly deleted my account. I tried to reset the password it It acts like it doesn’t exist. I have been trying for months but there is nowhere I can get help for this issue.
