i have SO MANY problems with this app, alerts are delayed, uses so much battery, and WHY DO I NEED TO LOGIN EVERY 14 DAYS? please fix your broken app.

This “upgraded” app has a serious flaw that prevents this user from opening the app. The new account and sign-in protocol is broken. When I try to log into my account it tells me my phone number is not found. When I try to create a new account, it tells me the SAME number is already linked to an account. This creates an infinite loop wherein one cannot login nor create a new account if they used the older version of Everbridge, which has been deprecated. This problem exists now through all versions of the new app. Worse yet, you HAVE TO LOGIN to get any technical support. Considering this is a Public Safety app, this is untenable.
