I can’t fine the new lamelo ball shoes but still a 5 star

I made 5 orders where at least 3 arrived wrong, the sizes seem to be checked and send you what they want in one of the packages I received only a pair of shoes with the box in pieces and with a pair missing, I tried to communicate and no one gave me an answer 100 dollars in the trash in a single pair I will never buy in puma again.
