adidas: Shop Shoes & Clothing

This app is terrible. It crashes all the time! Update: I chatted online, wasted my time. I called, got hung up on and disconnected multiple times. Finally got someone who admitted it’s an issue with the app. So, I don’t know how long it been going on, but for me at least 2 weeks. What kind of business allows this to go on this long? Especially during back to school shopping!

I have purchased things from adidas that never arrive. Half the time I do not receive my items unless I ship to store. Adidas will refund the money to me, but I prefer to have the items I ordered. Carriers are not held responsible. The item is just lost or mis-delivered to some nondescript location and this only happens when I purchase anything from adidas. I’ve asked to have my package shipped in packaging without an adidas label. I was told adidas would not do that. So now I have to be inconvenienced if I want to receive my purchases
