I registered, but could not log in with the password I set (unknown user). I tried to register, it said email already registered. I tried to reset password, it never sent the reset link.

I have used this app many times for a while because the city government contracts with Mobilet for the electronic parking ticket system and because it’s so convenient than searching for the parking ticket dispenser and coins. Not to mention the ability to extend the parking or terminating early for partial reimbursement. So, this app deserved five stars for convenience and ease of use. However, I have to take four stars away when the app keeps glitching and does not work anymore. I always get the spinning wheel every time I click the button to pay. I have already deleted and reinstalled the app a few times. Mobilet website does not help at all in resolving the issues with the payment system within the app. Nobody there was responding to my enquiry. Now, I have contacted the city government to look into terminating the contract with Mobilet or allow PayByPhone as an alternative.
