Recent reviews

I absolutely love Dr. Helmstetter's work. I believe it's the most important work in the world--helping others acquire the mental tools they need to overcome poverty, depression, anxiety, self loathing and hatred, and then go out in the world and be happy and do something good. That being said, I'm really disappointed in this new app release. It's less functional and more glitchy than the previous app. Not a lot seems to be being done about getting it fixed. I believe this content and Dr. Hemstead's mission are important enough that I won't give up on building my own positive self talk, but I would appreciate it not being so difficult to work on that on a daily basis.
