If I could only have one paid app, this would be IT! It feels kind of awkward/silly when you first start. I wasn't convinced it would make any difference for me. But I was so wrong &:am really glad I stuck with it. I haven't even been doing it that long, & I've already noticed significant improvement in my mood, self-esteem, ability to deal with stress, & my courage to face challenges. They have free optional twice-weekly group Zoom meetings to reinforce your learning. I couldn't be happier!

Enjoying the app, so far no major glitches experienced. May keep after the free trial not sure yet, but can see how it can be effective longterm. App could use some helpful polishers to encourage progress like showing how many days you've listened to a program. Those details would sync perfectly to help reinforce the benefits of continuing🤗
