Simply cutting down on screen time isn’t enough. It’s also critical to fill their lives with positive relationships, good times, connection, exercise, and other healthy habits. Helping your children avoid learning damaging messages about love, body image, and sexuality from porn or other inappropriate content takes more than telling them what NOT to do. Kids also need to know about the positive and healthy aspects of sexuality and how to express that part of themselves at different stages of life. Raise can help guide you as a parent in having these important conversations throughout your young children and teenagers’ lives.
