Recent reviews

The app gets stuck on the loading screen after login and never progresses. The purple screen with a white spinning circle continues indefinitely. I can log in successfully on the myWIC website using the same ID and password, so my credentials are correct. I have tried reinstalling the app and restarting my device, but the issue remains. I am using iOS 18.7, so compatibility should not be the problem. Since the browser version works, this appears to be an app-specific issue. Without access to the app, I cannot scan WIC-approved items in-store, which is very inconvenient. Several other users seem to be experiencing the same problem, so I hope this will be fixed soon.
