Very bad app I ever seen,not alllowing to register, I enter all details and once I enter date of birth ,app closing itself and taking to home page

Every month theres a problem getting into the app , asking to switch passwords , switch it and it still says user unfound! Its annoying I cant even check my benefits and need to wait till after shopping to look at the receipt and see whats left!
