User Reviews

Users repeatedly praise the app’s simplicity and calendar-centric design, which keeps journaling fast and focused while enabling quick viewing of daily entries through the calendar and solid search. Several reviewers also note helpful support. However, recurring themes include occasional reliability hiccups (such as stubborn last-entry reminders or temporary outages) and dissatisfaction with the monetization model that requires a subscription to remove ads. Many users also request additional features such as attachments, widgets, end-time/time tracking, and cross-app syncing, indicating the app is valued for its minimalism but could expand for broader use cases.

Cons
  • Occasional reliability issues or bugs (e.g., stubborn last-entry reminder) and temporary outages, though fixes are usually quick.
  • Ad-supported model and subscription requirement to remove ads, which some users dislike.
  • Missing commonly requested features such as attachments, home-screen widgets, end-time/time tracking, and cross-app syncing.

Overall I live this app very much. It it does exactly what I want. The only reason I don’t like it that keeps telling me when I last had an entry. This was the problem when I tried it before and it still is not fixed. Will not get it due to this problem. Note - I did what said on how to get this feature to stop working. It never worked for me. 11/10/2025-Tried it again. still has last entry done.

I’ve liked using it. It stopped working on Oct 12, 2025 Update: On Oct 13, 2025, the app is working again. It had been useful for keeping up with medication times and food.
