User Reviews

Users praise it as an easy, private mood journal with helpful graphs and multi-note daily logging, plus Apple Health export. Common concerns focus on pricing/ads, limited mood options, and the desire for Health App integration and more CBT-oriented features. Overall, it's a solid basic mood tracker, but could improve with more nuanced tracking and better HealthKit support.
Pros
  • Easy to use mood journaling with no required login
  • Clear graphs and trends to visualize mood patterns
  • Core features are free or affordable (no mandatory subscription)
  • Ability to add multiple notes per day with timestamps
  • Export/import data with Apple Health
Cons
  • Pricing/subscription model and ads can be intrusive or pricey
  • Mood options are limited (five emoji options; lack of multi-select or condition-specific moods)
  • Lack of Health App integration by default (desire for HealthKit/mindful minutes sync)
  • App is primarily a basic mood journal and lacks deeper CBT-oriented features

Maybe adding mood options specific to certain mental health conditions would help. Or even a sliding scale. For example, mixed episodes, mania, hypomania, mild depression, and extreme depression should be an option for bipolar. Right now tracking is limited. For BPD, it could be helpful to have multi-select options for predominant moods throughout the day since it can change rapidly. For PTSD, maybe an option to include whether a trauma trigger occurred. Etc.

As someone with bipolar disorder I needed to record my moods and emotions but I couldn’t find an app that didn’t want an expensive subscription . I’m very thankful for this app, full functionality without a subscription and a subscription option if you want one.
