So I was all for this fitness app. Had everything I needed and got $8.99 I couldn’t ask for more. However it’s changed and charging customers $19.99 monthly for new subscribers. If you had the $8.99 plan you were grandfathered in. And I have no issue with that. My issue is today when I went to check out Tuesdays back day I’m promoted to signup for a new membership starting at $19.99. I’m already logged in so I should be able to just do what I’ve been doing for the past year. Well now I can’t. So is the $8.99 option now gone for existing members ? I didn’t see any help option on the app nor on the website nor have I received any email regarding changes to that subscription option. So I must say while I enjoyed the app I’m quite disappointed in that change.

I downloaded this app in September 2022 with the advice of my friend. I logged 938 workouts on my account with Davis helping me transform my body. One day I open the app to see that Davis has completely sold out and kicked me out of my old membership and is making me buy a new one. I know I didn’t know him personally, but this felt like a real slap in the face to an extremely loyal customer. What a sellout.
