This app is incredibly frustrating to use due to basic bugs and poor design choices: (1) Face ID is broken: It doesn't work at all. I am forced to toggle over to my password manager to log in every single time I open the app. (2) Buried features: The interface is not intuitive. Finding the screen that shows actively assigned vehicle permits is a chore. (3) Permit management is a nightmare: There is no clear way to edit, extend, or end a reservation early. If I need to extend a permit, the only workaround is to book a totally new reservation starting 5 minutes after the current one ends. This leaves my car vulnerable to getting a ticket during that 5-minute gap! It also means if I booked a 3 month reservation and later need to change cars, I can’t. Please fix the biometric login and make active permits easier to manage.
