Virtual Parking Permits

There’s a lot of people and elderly (some don’t read to well) on how to use virtual permits, because they do not know how. I see elderly park in the street and walked to their units because they don’t how to register their vehicle, and it’s hard for them to even download the app on their phone . Handicap, elderly People should have unlimited parking for their caretakers that Provide aid. ( some come after 6pm ) I see the caretakers and home care clinics that come provide Aid. they too park on the street . Apartment Management Don’t help much on how to teach how download your app and how use it. I know it’s not their job . But they can be a little kinder.
