User Reviews

Roosters is praised for quality service and a friendly atmosphere, and customers often view it as their go-to salon. However, the app suffers from recurring login/auth issues, broken or unreliable booking features, post-update usability problems, and missing calendar integration, which together hinder scheduling.

Pros

High-quality service with skilled, professional staff.
Friendly, welcoming atmosphere and staff.
Customers view Roosters as their go-to place and highly recommend it.
Consistent, great haircuts and attention to detail.

Cons

App login/authentication problems (frequent logouts, password reset failures, and account lockouts).
Booking/appointment problems (Book Now button often spins, slots not available or not shown, and times inaccurate).
Post-update usability problems (new version is clunky or unusable; users can\'t access features).
Calendar integration missing or lost (no option to add appointments to calendar; calendar sync unavailable).

Recent reviews

When I select a hair stylist from the list of options, I often find that he/she has no availability. It would be nice if I could quickly navigate back to the list of hairs stylists and try again. Instead, I’m taken all the way back to the main menu to select haircut services, select roosters club cut, select stylist, and try again. Alternatively, a list of stylists all on one screen with their open appointments for the day would make things easier. Finally, I can’t always remember who it was that did such a good job on my hair, so pictures could be helpful when I’m trying to book them again.
