User Reviews

Reviews show a strong fan interest in a durable digital archive for Topps cards, but widespread issues undermine it. Users praise the Archive as a place to view years of collecting and defunct content, plus the general concept of a centralized card collection. However, repeated, overlapping problems dominate: login/account access failures (often after linking to Fanatics), inability to access or see archived cards, and cards going missing; plus a lack of trading, buying, or store features that fans expect. Compounding frustration is slow or silent support and ongoing app reliability problems. Overall, sentiment is largely negative due to broken access and missing features.
Pros
  • Archive provides a way to view and revisit long-accumulated collections and defunct cards.
  • The card-collection concept is enjoyable for fans and nostalgic.
  • There is value in having a centralized place to view and store digital cards.
Cons
  • Login and account access problems, especially after linking to Fanatics, with frequent 'account not found' or 'login' errors.
  • Archive access is unreliable: cards don't show, archive can't be opened, or data appears missing.
  • No trading, market, or shop features despite demand; players want to trade or buy new cards.
  • Poor customer support and unresponsive or dismissive responses.
  • App reliability and cross-app ID issues: need separate IDs per app and two devices to access archives.

Since I linked my Topps account to Fanatics, in apps such as Bunt and Slam, I have lost access to the Topps Archive and my Skate collection. No user credentials found. What's going on? Your support is silent. I can't restore access via mail, I don't get a letter to change the password
